How do I enter my engraving text?

On the product page you'll find the personalization fields, e.g. “Engraving text” or “Back side text”. Enter the text exactly as it should be engraved, including upper and lower case.

How do I send you my logo?

Choose “With logo” under the “Logo” option and send the file after ordering to hallo@markenhub.shop, with your order number in the subject. SVG, PDF or PNG with a transparent background work best.

How does the NFC business card work?

We save your link (e.g. website, LinkedIn, digital business card) on the NFC chip. Anyone who holds their smartphone to the card opens the link, no app needed. You can enter the link when ordering or email it to us later.

How long does delivery take?

Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by 1 to 3 business days of shipping within Germany. Details at Shipping & payment.

Can I return personalized items?

Personalized items are made just for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we'll find a solution. More in the Cancellation policy.

Do you offer corporate gifts?
