2. Hosting and shop system
Our shop runs on Odoo and is hosted by Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system) to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Odoo (Art. 28 GDPR).
3. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies, e.g. for the cart, session, language setting and login (§ 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We only set analytics or marketing cookies with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Orders and customer account
To process your order we process your name, address, email address, phone number if provided, and order and payment data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A customer account is optional. Due to commercial and tax law obligations, we store order and invoice data for up to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Personalization data
We use texts, names, links and logos that you submit for personalized products solely to produce your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete uploaded or emailed files no later than 12 months after delivery, unless you have agreed to longer storage for repeat orders.
6. Contact
If you write to us by email or via the contact form, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
7. Payment service providers
Depending on the payment method you choose, we pass the data required for payment to: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, or Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). These providers process some data as independent controllers; their privacy notices also apply. With prepayment, no data is passed to payment service providers.
8. Shipping
For delivery we pass your name and delivery address to the shipping company, usually DHL Paket GmbH or Deutsche Post AG, Bonn (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only pass on your email address or phone number for shipment notifications with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
9. Email newsletter
We only send a newsletter with your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact hallo@markenhub.shop.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestr. 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
